1Introduction

• "Account" means a registered user account on the SpinBet Platform, created by a Player in accordance with the registration process described in Section 4.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including deposited funds, bonus funds (where applicable), and winnings not yet withdrawn.

3Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account with SpinBet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. SpinBet enforces a strict 21+ minimum age requirement for all casino and sports betting activities. Providing false information about your age is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those who have been declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to register.
3. One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will be closed upon discovery, with any balance subject to review and potential forfeiture.
4. Restricted Territories: You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where accessing or using the Platform is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to verify your legal entitlement to use the Platform in your jurisdiction.
5. Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the Account for your own personal use and not on behalf of another person or entity, and not for any commercial purpose.
6. Not a SpinBet Employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are not eligible to hold a Player Account.

4Registration & Account Management

When registering an Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You warrant that all information provided is true and accurate at the time of registration and agree to update your Account information promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. SpinBet will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

SpinBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable suspicion of:

• Provision of false or misleading registration information;

• Account activity that suggests fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour;
• Suspected use of automated betting systems, bots, or other prohibited software;

KYC Verification: SpinBet is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests. Acceptable identity documents include a Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the past three months) may also be required. SpinBet reserves the right to request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

5Terms of Use

By using the Platform, you agree to comply with the following general terms of use at all times:

6Deposits & Withdrawals

SpinBet supports a range of Malaysian payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT TRC20, BNB). Supported methods are subject to change; the current list is displayed within the Platform's deposit and withdrawal sections at all times.

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposits, which are converted to an MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.

• Minimum Deposit: RM30 (or currency equivalent for crypto), unless a specific promotion requires a higher minimum.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM50 via e-wallet or bank transfer.
• Processing Time: E-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) typically process within 5 minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically process within 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers process within 15–60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal Method Matching: Withdrawals must generally be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC requirements.

SpinBet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside SpinBet's control. Cryptocurrency network fees are borne by the Player.

7Bonuses & Promotions

SpinBet offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Section and to any specific terms associated with the particular promotion.

7.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are available to Players aged 21 and above only.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from Deposited Funds and are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds expire 30 calendar days from the date of credit.
• SpinBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited.
• Players who open an Account without depositing first may be required to verify a payment method before any bonus can be claimed.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

The Wagering Requirement (also referred to as "Rollover") specifies the number of times a Player must wager the bonus amount before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a RM100 bonus with a 20x Wagering Requirement requires the Player to place total bets of RM2,000 (RM100 × 20) before any winnings from that bonus may be withdrawn.

• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: When using Bonus Funds, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is RM300, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit while Bonus Funds are active may be voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) typically contribute 10%–20%. Live sports betting contribution varies by promotion. Full contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Sticky Bonuses: Where a bonus is described as "sticky", the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn — only net winnings generated from the bonus are eligible for withdrawal once Wagering Requirements are met.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. This cap will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.

8Betting Rules

SpinBet provides sports betting across a range of markets including but not limited to Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, La Liga, Bundesliga, Serie A, UFC, and international cricket. All bets are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market, as published within the Platform.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by SpinBet at its sole discretion. A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation with a unique reference number.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by market and are displayed at the time of bet placement. SpinBet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual Accounts without notice.
• Palpable Errors: SpinBet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that are materially incorrect due to a system error, data feed error, or human error ("Palpable Error"). Affected Players will be notified and their stakes refunded.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided under certain circumstances, including match cancellation, event postponement beyond a specified period, or where the governing body rules that results are to be disregarded.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to market availability. SpinBet may suspend in-play markets at any time at its discretion. Bets submitted immediately before a significant event (e.g., a goal or red card) may be cancelled if processed after the event occurs.

9Responsible Gambling

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SpinBet and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

SpinBet's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited to your Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

SpinBet provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. SpinBet shall not be liable for any temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13Account Suspension & Termination

SpinBet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:

• These Terms have been breached in any material respect;
• Fraudulent activity, collusion, or use of prohibited software is suspected;
• The Account holder is not eligible under Section 3 of these Terms;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to SpinBet, other Players, or third parties;
• We are required to do so by law, regulatory direction, or order of a competent authority.

Where an Account is closed by SpinBet for reasons other than breach of Terms or fraud, any verified Deposited Funds (net of pending bonuses subject to investigation) will be returned to the Player using the original deposit method within a reasonable timeframe.

A Player may close their Account at any time by contacting SpinBet's support team. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with normal procedures, subject to completion of KYC verification if outstanding.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which SpinBet is licensed and registered to operate.

In the event of any dispute between you and SpinBet, you agree to first contact SpinBet's customer support team to seek informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant governing jurisdiction for final resolution.
